Grammar

which is the right preposition here?

Hi,

A. Where are you going on vacation/holiday this year?
B. Where are you going for vacation/holiday this year?

(1) Is the sentence B correct grammar?
(2) If both versions are OK, is there any difference (in meaning) between them?

Thank you!

You can use either. No difference in meaning. But you will need an a before holiday if you choose "for".
