Which is the new fourteen.

42. INT. ELIAS-CLARKE. CAFETERIA. DAY
Andy walks over to the deserted soup station. Ladles out some corn chowder into a bowl. Nigel walks by with his tray.
NIGEL : Hmm. Corn chowder. That's an interesting choice.
She greets him with a smile.
NIGEL : You do know that cellulite is one of the main ingredients in corn chowder?
ANDY : So none of the girls here eat anything?
They walk over to the register, which has a long line.
NIGEL : Not since two became the new four and zero became the new two.
ANDY : Well, I'm a six.
NIGEL : Which is the new fourteen.

I have the feeling "two/ zero/ six" means a measurement, but I'm not sure of this.
So I'd like to know if what "Which is the new fourteen" means.
Thank you in advance for your help.

They aren't measurements rather they are clothing sizes- usually of trousers or jeans or dresses. The new part of the expression is that this size is treated like it is the other size. Hence Size 2 is treated like it is size four.
