Which is the correct usage- "CEO Speak" or "CEO Speaks"?

I have seen websites using both- "CEO Speak" and "CEO Speaks". Which is the correct usage?

Avangi is right - we need a full sentence

"CEO speaks" is probably just ordinary English..

- The CEO speaks good sense when he talks about the need to boost European sales

However "CEO Speak" can be a disapproving noun phrase..

- He talks about increasing sales while downsizing our resource base - that is just CEO Speak
