Could you please tell me which is the correct sentence i should apply and why.
I have 3 questions overhere.

OR

2)
Is he really capable of doing business?
OR
Does he really capable of doing business?

3)
Prices are subjected to change without prior notice
OR
Prices are subject to change without prior notice
