Which is the correct sentence?

Hi.
I'd like to say to someone like as below.
but I'm not sure which sentence is correcting?

1.My responsibilities are cure, feed, save.
2.My responsibilities is cure, feed, save.
3.My responsibility is cure, feed, save.
