If you have just completed the walk you can say As a result of the accident I have walked with pain. If you want to say it been the situation for sometime now you can say As a result of the accident I have been walking with pain

If you have just completed the walk you can say As a result of the accident I have walked with pain.

If you want to say it been the situation for sometime now you can say As a result of the accident I have been walking with pain

What I mean is that whenever I walk, I feel the pain. In other words
I walk with pain after the accident and up to the time of writing I still feel the pain. I don't know when the pain will stop.

Then you can say Ever since that accident I have been walking with pain.
(Here we assume that the listened knows which part of the body was injured or affected otherwise pain can also be interpreted as something psychological.)
