A. women ... more beautiful than ... city. Compares women to cities. That can't be right.

B. women in ... more beautiful than those (women) in .... Seems OK. Women are being compared with other women.

C. women ... more beautiful than ??? in any other city. Doesn't say what the women are being compared with.

D. unlike ... other city, ... women ... So "women" is a city? That can't be right.

E. women of ... more beautiful than women in ... Borderline. One is of; the other is in. Not quite a match.

Two more I am struggling with:

A. Despite the money that has been invested by industry in the attempt to persuade Americans that highly processed foods are the tastiest foods, the populace stubbornly clings to the belief that such foods are neither particularly healthy or gratifying.

B or C are my choices. Think B is correct but want to make sure.
