Which is the correct response?

Hi. Please help. Which is the correct response for each?

1. Is the underlined response correct? Should it be something like "Spicy Chinese food" instead of the response "Chinese noodles"?

A: Oh, there are many Chinese foods in this banquet. Good.
B: What kind of Chinese food do you like?
A: Chinese noodles. They're delicious.

2. This person has two daughters who go to school. One is older than the other. Are the phrases "older daugther" and "younger daughter" correct?

A: Do you any daugthers.
B: Yes, I do. The older daughter goes to high school and the younger daughter goes to middle school.

3. Two people are talking, and one is pointing at a dish and asks what it is. It looks like pizza but isn't sure.

A: What's that?
B: It's a pizza (or pizza)?

If the phrase "a pizza" is correct, could we use the phrase "a salad" in the same situation?
Thank you in advance.

"Chinese noodles" is fine. "Kind of food" leaves it wide open.
