Which is the correct preposition?

Hi,

Which is the correct preposition in my sentence below?

"Finally, the drivers had to drive a 10-kilometer road from/of the simulated highway."

Thanks!

It is not entirely clear to me what you are trying to say. What is the relationship between "10-kilometer road" and "simulated highway"? Is "10-kilometer road" actually a section of the "simulated highway"?
