Regarding the following four sentences:
(A) This camera is cheaper than that one.
(B) This camera is the cheaper of the two.
(C) Which is cheaper of the two cameras?
(D) Which is the cheaper of the two cameras?
I'm pretty sure that there's no problem with (A) and (B), but I'm not sure about (C) and (D). Are they both grammatically correct? Which is more common in standard English?
I would avoid (C). CB
