Which is the best sentence?
Could you please tell me, which is the best sentence? ... if any ... And do I need to include commas?
1) No project file for projectX had been set up on the server
2) The project file of projectX had not been set up on the server

Hello Ritinha Sentence 1 is fine, but has a slight air of accusation, as if you were about to blame someone for the lack of a project file. Sentence 2 is more neutral. ' MrP

Sentence 1 is fine, but has a slight air of accusation, as if you were about
to blame someone for the lack of a project file.
Sentence 2 is more neutral. You would say 'file for', not 'file of':
'The project file for projectX had not been set up on the server.'
