Which is the best? (is released, is being released, will be released)

Dear teachers

If I show the movie that is released to the public today, which one is more sounds natural?

1. The movie is released to the public today.

2. The movie is being released to the public today.

3. The movie will be released to the public today.

I think it depends on the time frame you are in. If you are in the early morning, then you might want to add what time it will be released so that you can use #3. If you are in the late morning or early afternoon, then #2 might be better.
