Petrol in Malaysia is cheaper than in Singapore.
Petrol in Malaysia is cheaper than that in Singapore.
Petrol in Malaysia is cheaper than petrol in Singapore.

Are all the sentences OK? If it is so, which is the best one and which is worst?
