Which verb do you think is the best among the above three verbs?
'Won' makes it sound too much like a competition. The other two are OK. There are lots of words you could use, eg achieved, took.

In everyday speech, we very often simply say 'got'. Or you could rephras

Earned is the appropriate answer from the possible choices. It implies that you had to work for the degree while "got" could mean you received it for free (and we all know thats not the case =)

As Clive said, 'I have a Master's degree from . . . ' is very common as well.
