We have a software which handled by PersonA for Dept1 and other than that nobody has access in Dept1. I am sending mail to administrator in Dept2 to find out who has access from Dept2.
Currently it's being handled by PersonA for Dept1 and no one else in Dept1 hasothers are not having access to it. Therefore let me know who I can contactinfor Dept2 has previously been granted access.
Words such as "therefore", "hence" and "thus" are used when one thing is a consequence of another. It is not very clear to me why your enquiry to the administrator in Dept 2 is a consequence of the fact that only one person in Dept 1 has access to the software. At the moment, therefore, it is not clear to me that any of those words would be appropriate.
