Which is suitable word here?

Currently it's being handled by PersonA for Dept1 and others are not having access to it. Therefore let me know whom I can contact for Dept2.

In above sentence I used "Therefore" but I'm confused with "So", "Hence" and "Thus". Let me which is right word here.

We have a software which handled by PersonA for Dept1 and other than that nobody has access in Dept1. I am sending mail to administrator in Dept2 to find out who has access from Dept2.
