The only correct thing here is the structure but this is one lousy 'she is so ugly' attempt that will not serve its purpose.

Better try something in line with the following.

She's so ugly Dracula don't want her.

She's so ugly, she tried to enter a Hallowe'en contest, and the judges said: "Sorry, no professionals."

Yo mama's so ugly, her shadow quit

I think the first one is better, though. The second one is almost redundant, because of courses, she is ugly as a girl. We already know she's a girl...
