I take this to mean that in addition to other people, we have it. Stress "we" when saying it.

WE also have it.  
WE have it also.

But neither of those strikes me as completely idiomatic. More idiomatically, I'd say

WE have it TOO.

We don't usually use 'also' with 'it', so I don't see it as

We also have IT.
or
We have IT also.

For that meaning, it's more likely to be

We also have THAT. 
or
We have THAT, TOO.
