Which is popular (natural) term?

Hello, I am non native. I find the following terms in my translate dictionary. However I do not know which one is popular in business use. Does anyone help me?

a) conditions precedent
b) postulate
c) prerequisite
d) prior condition

You have not given us any context at all, but I can tell you that C and D are in more general use than A and B.

I feel grateful to your replay. It was faster than expected! I am making chart on excel file. I want put “prerequisite” as title, top of a sentence.

e.g. prerequisite: xxxxxx.

I want to a sentence shorter.
