Today one guy from X company came up with a card which is in our hot list. I immediately took down his personal information including contact no and his address that will be helpful for further investigation.

Though you were several times told not to smoke in this area at least in the evening, I notice still some of your guys have been smoking here.

We have a list for blacklisted cards and they are called as "hot list" by us.
