Which is grramatical correct sentence?

Doument is submitted on 19th June, 20011 or Doument has been submitted on 19th June, 20011.

Please help me.

Hi, "Is submitted" means the document is currently being submitted "Has been submitted" means that the documents was firstly submitted on 19th of June, and still is. In my opinion it is better to use "was submitted". I hope my answer can be helpful for you.

"Is submitted" means the document is currently being submitted

"Has been submitted" means that the documents was firstly submitted on 19th of June, and still is.

In my opinion it is better to use "was submitted".
