Which is grammatically correct ?

1) if they would have approached me i also would not have said no!!!

2) if they had approached me i also would not have said no!!!

No English sentence is correct unless it begins with a capital letter. There are other mistakes, too: If they had approached me, I would not have said 'no' either. Use either in a clause that has not : He does n't know it either .
