Which is good for title, "Writing a book" or "Write a book"

Are "Writing a book" and "Write a book" the same meaning?
If not, I would like to know the difference.
If so, I would like to know which is good for titile.

The first one is present continuous tense; you can use it in the following situations....

Writing a book------means you are writing a book
write a book--------means if some one aske you to write then you can say that

I suggest you to learn some more grammar before answering for the posts.

It seems to me "Write a book" is not complete as a title, so I'd suggest "writing a book".
