Which is correct when making lists

Writing in British English for University work. If I'm referring to people and their roles in an events project, which would be correct/better:

John Smith, group leader; Madeup Name, human resource management; Other Person, finance officer; myself, marketing management.

or

John Smith (group leader), Madeup Name (human resource management), Other Person (finance officer) and myself (marketing management).

Also should each role have capitals?
And should I use 'myself' or 'me'?

I think the brackets are clearer. I would capitalise job titles, though here there is the nit-picky question of whether "human resource management" and "marketing management" can be job titles. While I generally dislike creeping overuse of "myself", in this case it may be the best choice.

GPY was giving you his opinion, not stating a rule that can be confirmed.
