Which is correct? (products newsletter / product newsletters)

-I want to subscribe to products free newsletter.

or

-I want to subscribe to product free newsletters.

The above text appears on each product, it gives to user an option
to subscribe to newsletter... I have more than one product, and I will
send out newsletters about all products or just one. But, there is no
specific newsletter for a specific product.

So, I'm confused, please help..
