Which is correct if not both, how would you?

I've accompanied you more places than you accompanied me places.

I've accompanied you places more than you accompanied me places.

Don't end sentences with prepositions, if you can help it. Just a tip!

I'd reword it as, "I've accompanied you more places than you've accompanied me."

Using "places" twice in the same sentence seems redundant.
