Which is correct, dotty over or dotty about?

Ex. I'm dotty over/about Kenneth. <-- I'm madly infatuated by Kenneth.

I suggest "about", but the term "dotty" is extremely outdated in AmE. "Crazy about" is a much more common idiom.
