Both are OK. The present tense is normally used to describe regularly scheduled events, eg The bus to Montreal leaves at 8.00 am (every day). eg The plane from Rome lands at 11.30 am (every day).

Actually,this is an exercise from a book. The answer in that book is "lands". The choices were just "lands" and "will land". I just thought that "will land" was the correct one. The book sucks! Thanks clive!
