Which is correct and appropriate?

When do you think is the last time he's been to the hairdresser's?
Is this sentence correct?
If I wanted to say this I would most probably say, 'When do you think was the last time he went to the hairdresser's?'
Are they both okay?
Also, is the apostrophe used correctly?

The first sentence is correct, I think because it continues from the past until now, so we use the present perfect.
I think that they are both correct, and the apostrophe is used correctly.

Sure MM. I'm new here and I thought it was going to go unnoticed for some reason.
