Which is correct?

In case I meet a person who may speak English (I'm not sure if he does), I'd like to ask him. Which of these questions is/are correct?

1. Do you speak English? You dont?
2. You speak English, don't you?
3. You speak English, right?

I tend to think 2 and 3 are correct, but is there a way 1 can be used as well?
