1. i have interrupted her twice, but she pretended not noticed.
2. I have interrupted her twice, but she pretended that she did not notice.

The first word of any sentence is capitalized, and the pronoun "I" is always capitalized. #1 should be "...but she pretended not to notice". Otherwise, both are okay.
