Which is correct?

Could you tell me if both sentences are correct? Is number one clear? How would you say both please?

I rinse the bottles I wash 2 bottles at a time/at once. I have one in my hand rinsing it and the other is in the sink under the flow of the water sink being rinsed so as not to waste any water.

Let me show you how to floss between 4 teeth at once / at the same time / in one go.

Thank you

When washing bottles I don't like to turn the water on and off constantly, but I don't like to waste water either. So I wash a bottle while the bottle I just washed is rinsing under the tap. Note: the following is apparently possible, but flossing between two teeth requires a pretty tricky technique in itself, and so I don't recommend flossing between four teeth at the same time in real life.
