I feel like 'in' sounds right, because it refers to the contents of the presentation?
'of' sounds both correct and wrong to me.

I did some research on the usage of the focus of the... versus the focus in the..., and I found that focus of is far more common. It appears that focus on is normally used when describing the whole thing:
