Which is correct?

Could you tell me which are correct please?

There has been 6 changes in ownership at this restaurant.
There has been a change in ownership 6 times at the restaurant.
There has been 6 ownership changes at this restaurant.

The bag has a hole in it but hopefully it will hold up/out till we get home.

You resemble/look like your dad more than your mom in terms of personality.
