Which is correct?

Stonewalling means talking in such a way (preventing/that you prevent) other people from giving their opinions.

Hi I'm not sure about your definition of stonewalling. If you ask my opinion on something and I shake my head and say "maybe"; or I say "I'm not sure about that"; or "It's not for me to say" then I am stonewalling I'd therefore say: - Stonewalling means talking in such a way that prevents other people from knowing your opinion But do post again if that's not clear - I'm not stonewalling!
