Which is correct?

Hye everyone! I am confused in using these sentences.
Situation-;My friends father always demonish him on reaching home late night, He is with me now and unfortunately late today too and I say to him"Its 2:00am you should have been at home now" (is it right to say) or I should say "you should be at home now. Are these both right here?
And also " You were not supposed to be here now" Or "You are not supposed to be here now" Please tell me ,Can I use these both sentences here too"

When you say " You should have been at home now." you mean that he should have reached home well within 2.00 A M.
When you say "You should be at home now." you mean that he should be at his home now (2.00A M).
"You are not supposed to be here now." suits the context.
