Please tell me which sentence is correct:

I agree with DD about your first sentence (except there shouldn't be a space after the comma).
HelixaThe greater the limit, the less likely (is) the plan (is) to be accurate.
As for your second sentence, I agree that the word "is" would have to be added, and
