Which is correct?

I am not as intelligent as you

or

I am not intelligent as you

I get really confused using AS conjunction

Hi, I am not as intelligent as you Yes. You could also say 'I am not so intelligent as you'. or I am not intelligent as you No.

I am not as intelligent as you Yes. You could also say 'I am not so intelligent as you'.

or

I am not intelligent as you No.
