Maybe it is "business speak"....

3) Attached please find a document with the requirements updated?

I am not sure about "with attaching" and "requirements being update

Sorry for the lack of clarity. In fact, I am attaching a document with an email; hece I used the word "with attaching" (if any mistake in this, please let me know).

My actual doubt is whether to use "after updating the requirements " or "after the requirements have been updated".

No, you could change the order. You just need to change the wording slightly.

Or

2) After updating the requirements, I have enclosed the document (for your review).

Now we could write..
