Which is better??

which is better?

Age of equipment: new equipment

Condition of equipment: new equipment

Are there any other options? This word must describe the "age of equipment" but I am not sure whether you can attribute "age" to an equipment in English.

Thanks!

If you ask for age, then the entry should be 'one year', '6 months', etc.
