Which is better ?

It's a question about the sequence of words. Which is better ? "Study hard English!" or "Study English hard!". I prefer the latter one, but think both of them are ok. Am I correct ?

"study hard english" refers to a study of paragraph of english which is hard to grasp or it comprises of hard words which are difficult to understand while "study english hard" refers to study english with effort and hard work.
