Which is

He would like to do things in a way which is said to be 'modern'.

If the 'which is' were omitted as:

He would like to do things in a way said to be 'modern'.

would it still sound natural?

Top answer

Yes that is OK. I think I would do this, actually: He would like to do things in a 'modern' way.
