which history is it?

Hi,

I saw a cover page of what looks to be a brochure and in it, it had the wording "Sharing a living history." Above that, it had two names of cities like Seoul or Busan.

Now, my question is "which definition is applicable here when the Colllins Cobuild Advanced Learner's Dictionary noted these two definitions among others, one or two?."

1. N-UNCOUNT You can refer to the events of the past as history. You can also refer to the past events which concern a particular topic or place as its history.

2. N-COUNT A history is an account of events that have happened in the past.
