Which he had stolen

Are these sentences correct:

1) He had his brother with him, who was a doctor.
2) He had a watch in his pocket, which he had stolen from me. (the watch was stolen)
3) He complained of a pain in his shoulder for two weeks, which was probably caused by swimming too much.

Yes. I'd say so. The first two don't qualify as the most typical sentences in the language, but they seem acceptable to me.

1) He had his brother, (who was) a doctor, with him. (The other version grates on my ear.)
2) He had the watch he had stolen from me in his pocket. (That is a defining clause to me. Use "a" if he had stolen more than one watch from you. )
3) For two weeks he had complained of a pain in his shoulder, which was probably caused by swimming too much.
