Well, certainly not the last of each triplet: they are hard to read. I doubt there has been any dictionary ruling on such new coinages, but I would go with the middle ones, since 'auto-'is clearly a prefix, not a word. Don't capitalize either part, though, unless it is a section title.

On the other hand, almost all such words are spelled in the manner of the third triplet in Merriam-Webster on-line, including autoalarm, autobus, autoboat, autoerotic, and autodial.
