Which form is correct?

I`m not sure which form is correct:
Paul and Geri haven`t spoken since they.........(break up or broke up)?
I`m trying to learn english so please help me.

Hi Crys -- "since they broke up" is correct. And thank you for saying "please" and "thank you" and capitalizing your "I"s! )

Hi Crys -- "since they broke up" is correct.
