You could use this one, if you already know that someone has just one hobby but, you don't know what it is.

I believe the word "hobby" entered and then soon left my vocabulary during my pre-teen years, so I don't use any of those expressions (though they are all grammatically correct). For some time now I've considered "hobby" a word used chiefly by children under the age of 12.

When I'm interested in knowing that sort of thing about an adult, I ask "What do you do for fun?" or "What do you do when you're not working?" or "What are your interests outside of work?" or "What do you do in your free time?" More specifically, I ask such things as "Do you like gardening?" if I have any clue that the answer might be yes.
