Which English word will you use for "Expertise"(approx. Pre-legal) case...

0Hello,02br
02br
00I just came across a vocabulary dilemma...02br
02br
00I'm in charge of Expertise cases in the automotive industry (in France), but this is a process, which is really specific to France so I have problem to translate it.02br
02br
00In a dictionary, I found “damage survey” but a colleague told me that this is a word only used in case of “expertise” after an accident when the insurance comes to check the car to know if they are going to accept the claim…02br
02br
00Then I had two others translations given to me: 02br
00- pre-legal02br
00- expertise02br
02br
00So basically, I am completely lost there and have no idea about which word I should use…02br
02br
00Here is the sentence I want to write; it might help to find out the appropriate word:01blockquote

10If anyone has a tip/solution to give me, it will be more than welcome 05002br

00I'm actually stumbling over your use of the word "expertise." Expertise is an expert opinion or having knoweldge or a skill that only an expert would have. And also the word "convocations," which I had to look up to make sure it didn't have another meaning - a convocation is gathering of people who are called to be together.02br
