Which do you prefer for a young adult to leave his parents house as soon as possible or to stay longer? State your reasons

Is there no one who loves to act like he or she wants? I believe this is a natural phenomenon. A hen after laying eggs, at a certain age the chick goes out to fend for itself. This is similar to humans. In my opinion, I support both ideas of a young adult leaving his parents house as soon as possible or to wait a bit longer. Both have their advantages and disadvantages.

Lets talk about self-confidence and responsibility. A young adult who decides to leave his parents home is more likely to face challenges that the world upholds at a very a young age. This gives him the armor and courage to face whatever life brings forth. This young child thinks ahead of his future and this helps to broaden his mentality and mindset.

Also, young adults prefer to leave at an earlier stage in order to enjoy life as he or she wants without the interference of their parents. I can remember I my school days some students gave their opinion of leaving their parents homes early in other to have the freedom to do whatever they wish and they could choose their friends and so on. The disadvantage of these is that at the stage these young adults are easily lured to bad vices and advices from their bad friends. However, this situation tends to be reduced if such young adults have parents that are observant and can monitor their kids whereabouts.

In contrast, a young adult who decides to stay a bit longer with their parents could be meaningful especially if the individual feels he or she is not yet prepared. In Todays world, the high rate of unemployment is escalating, this situation also predisposes the young youth to stay back since their no job and stay with their parents while seeking for a job. In my experience, my brother after completing his college degree spent some years with my parents before been employed with a construction company. So these realistic circumstances can affect young people from living a life of independence at the time they wish.

In conclusion, I would say that an adult leaving his parents home at an earlier age or at a later stage of life have their pros and cons as it depends on individuals preferences and experiences.
