Which degree should she choose?
My wife has learned English for 3 years. Now she wants to take part in an English exam to get English certificate. But, she and I wonder that TOEIC , TOEFL or another one is good for her to take part in the examination. Her teacher is the Vietnamese one who had learned English in Australia.

It depends on her purpose. TOEIC is a bit easier and is accepted as a measure by many businesses. TOEFL and IELTS are more difficulta and are the two major tests required for university entrance.
