Which conversation is correct?

Malina: I don’t know if I should leave my girlfriend for cheating not me or not.

Jackson: I would advise you should leave her.


Malina: I don’t know if I should leave my girlfriend for cheating not me or not.

Jackson: I will advise you should leave her.
